| High
Efficiency. All our pumps have peak efficiencies from 85
to 90 % depending on model and size. These efficiencies are the result
of over 20 years of continuous research and testing. Our research
and development team is constantly optimizing the hydraulic and mechanical
design of our pumps with the latest tools for computer simulated flows
and stress analysis. This fact gives us an advantage over our competition,
which uses decades old pump designs developed when these tools
where not available. |

Completely
Modular and Machined Components. The pump construction is modular
for easy maintenance. Moreover, all the components are machined to
ensure perfect shaft alignment after any maintenance operation. As
a result, vibrations and shaft wear due to shaft misalignment are
eliminated and shaft life is maximized. |
| Designed
for Sea Water Applications. DELTA's long experience in moving
seawater for aquaculture applications has lead to the development
of its unique galvanic protection system. All standard stainless
steel components (shafts, impeller, and wear ring) are electrically
isolated from carbon steel parts to prevent galvanic corrosion. |

Custom
Made Pumps for your Specific Requirements: DELTA will design
and manufacture the pump that will best meet your site and application
requirements. We can also manufacture pumps of special materials like
316L, 317L, super austenitic, and super duplex stainless steels. |

Wide
Range of Installation Arrangements and Power Transmission Options.
We can adjust the pump power transmission system to fit your particular
installation requirements. Typical power transmissions and arrangements
are vertical, inclined or horizontal pump either with diesel engine,
vertical hollow shaft electric motor or horizontal electric motor
as shown in the figures below. Pump shaft options are either 316L
stainless steel water lubricated open line shaft or 1045 carbon
steel oil lubricated enclosed line shaft.
