High Efficiency.

All Delta pumps have peak bowl efficiencies from to 85 to 90% depending on model and size. These efficiencies are the result of over 25 years of continuous research and testing. Our research and development team is constantly optimizing the hydraulic and mechanical design of our pumps with the latest tools for computer simulated flows and stress analysis.

Modular pump design with completely machined and standardized components.

• Perfect shaft alignment: minimal shaft wear and vibration free operation.
• Ease of maintenance: The pump can be completely disassembled; each component can be individually serviced before reassembly.
• The pump can be easily modified to be used in different sites. Simply add or remove pump sections to lengthen or shorten the pump. No cutting or welding is ever necessary.

Designed for Sea Water Applications.

DELTA's long experience in pumping seawater for aquaculture applications has lead to the development of its unique galvanic protection system. All stainless steel components (impeller, shafts, bolts, and wear ring) are electrically isolated from the rest of the pump. Moreover, our pumps use the correct materials for each specific application: 316L stainless steel or duplex stainless steel for sea water applications and 304L stainless steel for fresh water applications.

We can offer vertical, inclined, and horizontal arrangement pumps in various materials including austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, etc.

Special protective coatings.

All carbon steel parts are grit blasted to obtain a near white surface according to SSPC-SP10 prior to coating application. Protective coating options include marine & offshore epoxy paint or ceramic epoxy abrasion resistance coatings.
