Fish
and shrimp high capacity feeders. Our portable feeders can supply
up to 3000 Kg of feed per hour. The system consists of a hopper,
an industrial high efficiency blower, and a negative pressure venturi
type feeder. The system can be mounted on a truck or trailer and
the blower can be powered directly by diesel, gasoline engines,
or a hydraulic motor. Hoper dimensions can be chosen to match your
truck or trailer load capacity. The feed pellets are blown
at a distance ranging from 12 to 18 m. As an option, the system
can be mounted on weight cells to accurately monitor the amount
of feed delivered to each pond.

Diesel
engine coolers. Approximately 5 to 7% of your diesel
engine's fuel consumption is used in driving the radiator's
fan. Using DELTA's marine engine coolers, this power
can be applied to drive the pump, reducing the energy consumption
per cubic meter pumped. Furthermore, our engine coolers
are designed for sea water applications and will provide several
years of uninterrupted operation. Standard construction
materials are 90/10 Copper Nickel tubing and CPVC headers.

| Stationary
batch mixers. These high efficiency batch mixers are
perfect for mixing ground or crimped grains, concentrates, minerals,
vitamins, supplements, or medications to agriculture or aquaculture
feeds. These agitators are capable of tumbling the entire
mass up to 12 times per minute while circulating all the material
from one end of the mixer to the other. Standard construction
material is carbon steel but stainless steel is also available
upon request. Equipment capacities from 0.14 to 4.7 m3
(5 to 14 cu. ft.) |

| Grain roller mills. These roller
mills are perfect for crimping and cracking oats, barley, wheat,
etc. Rolls are hard coated with high abrasion resistance
electrodes and then machined for proper roll operation and minimum
vibration. Clearance between rollers can be accurately
controlled, and spring loading automatically releases tension
on rolls in the event of rocks or metals passing through the
rolls. Available with 1 or 1.5 hp electric motor drive.
These little machines are perfect for cattle or horse stables.

Cutter-Chipper. These
powerful cutters were originally designed to cut and mince the
remaining products of packing facilities of banana plantations
in Ecuador. The chopped products can be use as animal
feed or as fertilizers. Their use has extended to other agricultural
